These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Township Docs website at townshipdocs.com and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

Township Docs provides case and document management software for township trustees, staff, and the residents they serve. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

2. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program name: Township Docs Notifications.

Program description: When you opt in, Township Docs will send text messages about case updates, document requests, upload reminders, appointment reminders, and account notifications.

• You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our Apply Now form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving any services.
• Message frequency varies based on your case activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• For help, reply HELP or email bw@townshipdocs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Accounts and Data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Documents you upload remain yours; you grant Township Docs permission to store and process them solely to provide the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Township Docs and protected by law.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Township Docs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
